The Premier Active Adult Community
Independence, Schell Brothers' Premier Active Adult Community, is located on Route 5 approximately 15 minutes from the resort towns of Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, DE. The community of Independence will feature single family homes offering single floor living and first floor masters. All Homes at Indy are Fee Simple, not Ground Rent.
